A-COLD-WALL* offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with all technical tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items may be subject to final sale terms.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Access the A-COLD-WALL* returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Items

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all branded dust bags and industrial tags remain intact to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the pre-paid DHL or courier label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop-off and Tracking

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized collection point and retain your receipt for tracking; refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
